Visa Inc. said its current chief accounting officer, James Hoffmeister, will become the chief financial officer of Visa Europe Ltd., and Peter Andreski will succeed him on July 1.
Mr. Andreski has served as Visa's global head of revenue operations since June 2019. Before that, he held a variety of accounting and finance leadership positions with Boeing Co., ABB Ltd. and Deloitte, Visa said.
Visa said Mr. Andreski will receive an annual base salary of $450,000 and will be eligible to participate in the company incentive plan with a target opportunity of 65% and a maximum opportunity of 130% of his annual base salary. He will also be eligible to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan, it said.
