Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 1, 2022, UWM Holdings Corporation, (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. Additionally, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on April 11, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
