Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	Option was granted in connection with a Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement by and between the Company and Mr. Springer, effective as of February 29, 2016.
( 2)	This amendment to Form 4 is being filed to correct the number of options granted, which were inadvertently underreported due to an administrative error in the Black-Scholes calculation.
( 3)	This option is scheduled to vest as follows: (a) 82,508 shares vest on January 15, 2017, (b) 82,508 shares vest on January 15, 2018 and (c) 82,509 shares vest on January 15, 2019.
