This Form 8-K/A supplements the Form 8-K filed on August 6, 2021, disclosing the appointment of Francis X. McCahill, III to the Board of Directors of Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. On November 3, 2021, the Board appointed Mr. McCahill to the Board’s Investment Committee.
