U. S. Physical Therapy Declares Special Cash Dividend of $0.40 Per Share

U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of $0.40 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2012.
