U.S. Physical Therapy Announces Acquisition of Five Clinic Therapy Practice

U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of physical and occupational therapy outpatient clinics (the “Company”), today announced that the Company has acquired an 80% interest in a five clinic physical therapy group. The practice sees approximately 36,000 patients per year and produces total revenue of $3,800,000.

This is the third physical therapy group acquisition that U.S. Physical Therapy has completed thus far in 2013.
