On March 5, 2019 , United Natural Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release to report its financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended January 26, 2019 . The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company also released an investor presentation, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
