Uber Technologies Inc. lost its license in London in part because of a loophole in its app that allowed 14,000 instances in which unauthorized drivers were able to pose as authorized drivers. A Business & Finance article Friday about Uber incorrectly said there were 14,000 unauthorized drivers.

The last name of Rep. Dan Bishop (R., N.C.), who voted against a bill to explicitly define and ban insider trading, was incorrectly given as Baker in a Banking & Finance article Friday about the House's passage of the bill.

Snowville Creamery produces dairy products with milk that it buys elsewhere. A Nov. 12 Journal Report article about the lack of broadband access in parts of rural Ohio incorrectly said Snowville Creamery is a farm.
