Interpublic Group of Cos. - $500M through the sale of eight-year senior unsecured bonds. Morgan Stanley is leading the bond sale. pricing is expected June 12.

Penn Virginia Corp. - $250 million of seven-year senior notes. Leads are J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Wachovia, and Barclays. Roadshow begins June 4 and pricing expected June 10.
