TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend of $0.43 Per Share

TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. (NYSE:TRTX) (“TRTX” or the “Company”) announced that on December 17, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.43 per share of common stock and Class A common stock for the fourth quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable on January 24, 2020 to stockholders of record as of December 27, 2019. The dividend represents an annual distribution rate of 8.4% based on the closing sale price of the Company’s common stock on December 17, 2019.
