ReposiTrak, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ReposiTrak, Inc. (NYSE: TRAK), the world's largest food traceability and regulatory compliance network, built upon its proven inventory management and out-of-stock reduction SaaS platform, today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0165 per share ($0.066 per year), payable to shareholders of record on June 28, 2024. The cash dividends will be paid to shareholders of record on or about August 12, 2024.
