Terex Corporation (the “Company”) announced on June 8, 2020 that Matthew Fearon, President, Terex Aerial Work Platforms will be leaving the Company effective August 1, 2020. A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Fearon’s departure is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
