Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

Terex Corporation (“Terex”) issued a press release on August 1, 2016, in which Terex provided certain second quarter 2016 financial results. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
