Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on July 22, 2016, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its second quarter 2016 financial results on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at www.terex.com.
