Explanation of Responses:
(1)	In connection with exercise of stock options expiring September 30, 2017, shares were sold to cover the exercise price and related tax obligations and to hold the remaining 3,687 shares.
(2)	The price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $31.80 to $31.96.
