Company , for IPR's data backup and storage solutions, DATAGUARDIAN(TM) and
their newest offering for long term archiving, OptiGuard(TM).  The DATAGUARDIAN
Rapid Recoveryservice allows Tasty Baking to shorten significantly its daily
back-up window and ensure round the clock availability of mission-critical
applications and information.  IPR's OptiGuard solution, a unique long-term
archiving capability, enables Tasty Baking to free up space on enterprise
servers while allowing users instant retrieval of stored data.

One of the country's leading bakers of snack cakes, pies and cookies, Tasty

by more than 60%, storing system information on one client-site server and at
one of IPR's secure, remote locations.  OptiGuard, an optical data archiving
service, will allow Tasty Baking to free up server space by transferring old
information via software agent to the newest WORM (Write Once-Read Many)
technology, a more secure and reliable solution than tape storage that makes
archived information easier to find and access.  As various regulations require
that data be stored and recoverable for longer periods of time, the use of
high-speed search and indexing capabilities and the latest in WORM technology
are quickly becoming the standard for "best practices."
