Other Events.

On September 3, 2019, Superior Industries International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors determined to suspend the Company’s quarterly common dividend. A copy of the press release announcing the suspension of the quarterly common dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
