Item 2.02.    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 15, 2023, Sunlight Financial Holdings Inc. (the “Company” or “Sunlight”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on May 15, 2023 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023.
