The Laclede Group is Now Spire

ST. LOUIS, April 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, shareholders approved renaming The Laclede Group (NYSE: LG) to Spire.

Utilities and subsidiaries including Alagasco, Laclede Gas, Missouri Gas Energy, Laclede Energy Resources and Spire Natural Gas Fueling Solutions will keep their names and logos until they transition later during 2017.

Starting tomorrow, April 29, the company's common stock shares will trade under the ticker symbol "SR" on the New York Stock Exchange.
