Spirit MTA REIT Announces Special Dividend for Common Stock

Spirit MTA REIT (NYSE: SMTA) (“SMTA” or the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Trustees (“Board”) has declared a special cash dividend of $0.33 per common share. Stockholders of record as of March 29, 2019 will receive the cash dividend on April 15, 2019.
