I was informed yesterday that following a sale on 2nd May 2003, of 876,482
ordinary shares, Octroi Group plc, wholly owned subsidiary of Lupus Capital PLC
no longer holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of our
company.

I have been informed today that on 2nd May 2003 Second Advance Value Realisation
Company Limited have acquired an interest in 876,482 ordinary shares in our
company representing 13.1% of our ordinary share capital. This interest is
conditional upon the supplemental placing of shares in Second Advance Value
Realisation Company Limited being admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 14th
May 2003.
