ordinary shares of the company by Directors of Shiloh PLC:

Mr D George:
On 21st July 2003 he sold a beneficial holding of 10,000 shares at a
price of 185p.
On 22nd July 2003 he sold a beneficial holding of 15,000 shares at a
price of 190p.
Mr George's beneficial holding is now 149,571 shares.

Mr E T Gartside
On 22nd July 2003 he sold a beneficial holding of 5,000 shares at a
price of 198p. He also transferred 1,385 shares to his son for nil
consideration.
Mr Gartside's beneficial holding is now 297,471 shares.
