Skillz Announces Change of Date for 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders 

LAS VEGAS-- October 31, 2024-- Skillz Inc. (NYSE: SKLZ) (“Skillz” or the “Company”), the leading mobile games platform bringing fair competition to players worldwide, today announced that it changed the date of the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The Annual Meeting was originally scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
