SiteOne Landscape Supply Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Pete Rose, Inc.

SiteOne® Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE:SITE), the largest and only national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States, announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pete Rose, Inc. Started in 1975, Pete Rose has one location in the Richmond, VA market, and is a leader in the distribution of natural stone and hardscape material. The deal is scheduled to close in January 2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
