Other Events.

On February 15, 2017, Ryerson Holding Corporation announced that it acquired Guy Metals, Inc., a privately owned metal service center company located in Hammond, Wisconsin. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
