(1)	Represents the conversion of Class B Common Stock into Class A Common Stock held of record by the reporting person.
(2)	The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on March 12, 2021.
(3)	The "Amount" and "Price" reported in this Column 4 reflect the aggregate number and weighted-average price, respectively, of shares sold. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $59.80 to $60.095, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Revolve Group, Inc., any security holder of Revolve Group, Inc. or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth herein.
(4)	The option became fully vested and exercisable on February 9, 2021.
(5)	Class B Common Stock is convertible at any time, at the holder's election, into Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis and has no expiration date.
(6)	The option vested and became exercisable as to 1/5th of the total shares on August 15, 2017, and 1/5th of the total shares vest and become exercisable annually thereafter such that the option is fully vested and exercisable on August 15, 2021.
