ATLANTA, GEORGIA, April 25, 2017: Rollins, Inc. (NYSE:ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial services company announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.115 per share payable June 9, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business May 10, 2017. The Company hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its Press Release dated April 25, 2017, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
