Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 18, 2020, Ian Walsh resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of REV Group, Inc. (the “Company”), effective August 28, 2020. The Company has not appointed a successor Chief Operating Officer at this time, and all of Mr. Walsh’s operating responsibilities will be assumed by other members of the Company’s management team.
