LONDRES (Agefi-Dow Jones)--La Banque d'Angleterre (BOE) a annoncé vendredi qu'elle allait annuler les tests de résistance de 2020 pour les huit grandes banques et sociétés de crédit immobilier du Royaume-Uni, ainsi que retarder une enquête prévue avec la Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) sur environ 300 fonds ouverts.
La banque centrale a indiqué qu'elle allégeait les charges opérationnelles face à la pandémie de Covid-19.
"Ces mesures apporteront la flexibilité nécessaire pour aider les entreprises et les infrastructures des marchés financiers à maintenir leur sécurité et leur solidité et à assurer les fonctions essentielles qu'elles fournissent à l'économie", a expliqué la banque centrale.
