LONDON--Circle Property PLC (CRC.LN) Monday said it has received a 50 million pounds ($73 million) loan from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.LN) to refinance the Circle Property Unit Trust loans of GBP39 million.
The specialist regional U.K. property investment, development and management company said the facility will also be used to provide capital for further acquisitions.
The loan has a three-year term, with two options to extend for a further year, the company said.
Shares at 1115 GMT unchanged at 148 pence valuing the company at GBP42 million.
