PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, a prospectus supplement dated September 18, 2023 (the “Prospectus Supplement”) to the prospectus dated September 18, 2023 (the “Base Prospectus” and, collectively with the Prospectus Supplement, the “Prospectus”) contained in the Company’s effective Registration Statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-257114), including Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 thereto, which Prospectus was filed with the Commission on September 18, 2023, relating to the Company’s 8.50% Senior Notes due 2028 (the “Notes”) to be registered hereunder.
