Overseas Shipholding Group Announces Time Change for Earnings Results Conference Call

Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG) (the “Company” or “OSG”) announced today that its conference call to review and discuss first quarter 2019 financial results will now begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, May 9, 2019. The adjustment is being made to accommodate the investor community due to other shipping companies hosting conference calls during the originally scheduled time.
