One Liberty Properties Announces 122nd Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

One Liberty Properties, Inc. (NYSE: OLP) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.45 per share. The dividend is payable on July 6, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 26, 2023, and represents One Liberty’s 122nd consecutive quarterly dividend. One Liberty has increased or maintained its dividend for over 30 consecutive years.
