Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.65 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share over the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is payable Wednesday, November 15, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.

Third Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

The Company also announced today that it is scheduled to release its earnings results for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, on Monday, October 30, 2017, after market close.
