DALLAS, Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NexPoint Residential Trust, Inc. (NYSE: NXRT) ("NXRT") announced today that its board of directors has increased NXRT's quarterly dividend 13.6%, or by $0.03 per share, declaring a dividend of $0.250 per share of NXRT common stock, payable on December 29, 2017 to stockholders of record on December 15, 2017.
