Item 8.01. Other Events

On February 26, 2015, the Company announced that the board of directors had further extended the deadline pursuant to the Company’s bylaws for stockholders to nominate directors to the board and propose other business for consideration at the 2015 annual meeting from February 27, 2015 until March 13, 2015. Any director nominations or proposal for other business received by the Company at or prior to the close of business on March 13, 2015 and otherwise complying with the Company’s bylaws may be submitted to stockholders at the 2015 annual meeting.
