Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. Announces Satisfaction and Discharge of Indenture Governing 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022

Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (“Navios Holdings” or the “Company”) (NYSE: NM), a global seaborne shipping and logistics company, announced today that on August 11, 2022, the Company satisfied and discharged its obligations under the indenture governing its 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). The outstanding Notes will be repaid on their maturity date, which is August 15, 2022.
