Nordic American Tankers Limited (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. James Kelly to the Board of Directors to fill the vacancy following the Annual Meeting of NAT when the number of Board Members was reduced from four to three. The remaining three board members have the right to replenish a vacant position and has decided to increase the number of board members from three to four.  The Company believes that Mr. Kelly’s experience and expertise provide significant value to the Company and its shareholders.
