Explanation of Responses:

On February 23, 2021, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported in error that 10,069 shares of common stock of the Issuer were awarded to the Reporting Person on February 19, 2021 and that 116,316 shares of common stock of the Issuer were beneficially held by the Reporting Person. This Form 4 is amended to reflect that, in fact, 11,747 shares of common stock of the Issuer were awarded to the Reporting Person on February 19, 2021 and that 117,994 shares of common stock of the Issuer were beneficially held by the Reporting Person.
