On February 21, 2006, we announced that our Board of Directors approved a stock repurchase program, authorizing the expenditure of up to $100 million to repurchase shares of our common stock, in open market or privately negotiated transactions, based on market conditions and subject to certain price parameters. On August 15, 2006, the Board of Directors authorized an additional $100 million under this program. There is no stated expiration date for this program. As of June 30, 2017, we had approximately $130.2 million of the authorized amount available to repurchase shares under this program.
