Remarks	Corrine Ricard is no longer a Section 16 reporting officer as of the date you transitioned to Senior Advisor (October 1), and because you have not had an opposite way transaction within the past 6 months (your last acquisition was our annual LTI awards in March), you are no longer required to file a Form 4 to report any sales. With that said, as a senior executive of Mosaic, we have kept Corrine on our Restricted List and therefore she will continue to be subject to our quarterly trading windows and only able to trade during an open trading window until the first time we publicly report earnings after you retire from Mosaic (so around the end of next February).
