NEW YORK, Aug. 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- MainStay MacKay DefinedTerm Municipal Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: MMD) today announced the monthly dividend distribution of $0.085 per common share for the month of August 2020. This amount is consistent with the Fund's prior dividend distributions in 2020, which were also $0.085 per common share.
