Martin Marietta Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. (NYSE: MLM) (“Martin Marietta” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.79 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock. This dividend, which represents a cash dividend of $3.16 per share on an annualized basis, is payable December 31, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2024.
