Explanation of Responses:

Reflects shares of Common Stock held by the Diane Kingsley Revocable Trust. Members of the Reporting Person's immediate family are beneficial holders of the Diane Kingsley Revocable Trust, and the Reporting Person may be deemed to exercise voting and investment power over such shares of Common Stock. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks: On December 29, 2021, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that the Diane Kingsley Revocable Trust held 180,000 shares of Common Stock. This amendment to the original Form 4 is being filed to correctly reflect the number of shares of Common Stock held by the Diane Kingsley Revocable Trust.
