Mcdermott to Participate at Upcoming Investor Conferences

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) (“McDermott”) announced today that Stephen M. Johnson, McDermott’s Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Office, will present at two upcoming investor conferences.

On Tuesday, March 27, 2012, Mr. Johnson will present at Howard Weil’s 40th Annual Energy Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana at 3:55 p.m. central time. The following day, Wednesday, March 28, 2012, Mr. Johnson will also present at the 2012 BB&T Capital Markets Commercial and Industrial Conference in Coral Gables, Florida beginning at 9:40 a.m. eastern time.

McDermott will post the slides to be used in both presentations beginning the afternoon of March 27, 2012.
