MasterCard Board of Directors Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend

MasterCard Incorporated (NYSE:MA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of shares of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The cash dividend of 19 cents per share will be paid on May 9, 2016 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of April 8, 2016.
