On 10 September 2015 the Group was notified by its registrar that on 9 September 2015 the following Shares were acquired for the following PDMRs by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited AESOP 1 account at 76.752 pence per Share, under the Lloyds Banking Group Share Incentive Plan:
