Chile's LAN Airlines, a unit of Latam Airlines Group SA (LFL, LAN.SN), will keep its Boeing 787s grounded until June 29, Diario Financiero reported Tuesday.
After several incidents raised concerns about the aircraft's safety, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration last month issued a directive to halt 787 flights.
LAN has received three of the 32 Boeing 787s--also known as Dreamliners--it ordered. Boeing will deliver the remainder over the next 10 years.
The Chilean airline will resume its Dreamliner flights in the Santiago-Lima-Los Angeles route on June 30, according to Diario Financiero, which cited information from the global distribution systems, or GDS.
The carrier, meanwhile, hasn't released information about when its Dreamliners will fly the Santiago-Madrid route, one of LAN's longest.
A LAN representative declined to comment.
