Explanation of Responses:

SoftBank Group Capital Ltd has delegated all of its voting and dispositive power over the Lemonade, Inc. shares it holds to a three-member joint investment committee consisting of Daniel Schreiber, Shai Wininger, (each, a co-founder of Lemonade, Inc.) and, as of the August 24, 2022 effective date of his appointment to the joint investment committee, the Reporting Person, which shall act unanimously. The shares are directly held by SoftBank Group Capital Ltd. The Reporting Person may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by SoftBank Group Capital Ltd. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, if any, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the reported securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.
