Lilly Declares Fourth-Quarter 2016 Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) has declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2016 of $0.51 per share on outstanding common stock.

The dividend is payable December 9, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2016.
